I'm the worldbuilder and illustrator who draws the designs, creates the products, writes the lore, and brings our characters to life.
I'm the creative producer who makes it all happen — from the idea board to paper, proofing designs, our visual merchandising, and packaging every piece with love.

OUR STORY STARTS HERE!
GAMBITO was born from our love of nature and our fascination with the paranormal stories we’d listen to around the campfire. Growing up Latino and Andean Indian, storytelling was woven into our lives, shaping the way we saw the world. Legends of sasquatches, witches, and spells were so intertwined with the tales shared with us that they naturally made their way into the world we created for Gambito and his friends.

THERE ARE MANY CHARACTERS THAT INHABIT THE WORLD OF GAMBITO; EACH ONE JUST AS BRIGHT AND UNIQUE AS THE REST!
OUR TWO MASCOTS; GAMBITO AND THE SORCERER, ARE OUR TWO LEADING CHARACTERS. FROM THEIR COLOR PALETTE TO THEIR BACK STORIES, THESE TWO REPRESENT THE TWO WORLDS; THE NORMAL AND THE PARANORMAL. THEY ARE TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN!

At GAMBITO, we blend the familiar with the fantastic, drawing inspiration from both nature and the otherworldly. Our designs celebrate everything from cryptids and magicians to enchanted flora and fungi, merging the normal and the paranormal in ways that spark curiosity and wonder.
